The shadow box is a design project that looks at material connections, requiring components of rockite, wood, and metal.  The design features a layered plexiglass cube with a stellated dodecahedron laser cut into its center.  This cube is in turn suspended by a dodecahedron core to which a chain is attached and used to anchor the cube to the wooden base.

The Orchestra Chess Set is a three person chess board with orchestra versions of the playing pieces featuring pawn violins, cello kings, viola queens, clarinet bishops, trumpet knights, and timpani rooks.  All pieces were first drawn in AutoCAD, laser cut, and then assembled, painted, and stained.

The Hex-A-Flex-A Chair was designed for a recycled materials competition.  Built with repurposed wood, fabric, and doorhinges, this chair folds into several different configurations.

The Light for a Wanderer was designed using found scrap-yard parts and hardware store attachments.  The light doubles as a walking staff and has interchangable bases for stasis, movement, and different ground types.  The light at the top of the staff pivots in two directions, making the beam of light extremely controllable.
